He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
