Dr. C is generally unavailable without 4-10 days advance notice. He is reasonably competent, but not a star. His staff are not very competent, and are barriers to access. I'm changing physicians.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
