I have seen 2 of the Nurse Pract's in this office & love them both so I continue coming to this office. The lady at the front desk, however, is another story. She'll leave you standing there at the desk for 10-15 minutes before even acknowledging that you're standing there. Very unorganized and absent minded. No, I'm not "gunning for patient of the year" (as she will say when you hand in your paperwork) I'm just trying to be efficient which something she clearly, is unfamiliar with. She’s full of chit-chat but no ambition to do any work. Plan to spend at least 1/2 hour at the front desk between checking in & out, even if you're the only patient there. And don't even think of calling to change your appointment. You'll hear frustration and sighs the whole time you're on the phone. She has even scheduled appointments during hours that they are not even open! If it weren't for Kathy Woods & Suzie Nawrock, there is no way I would return to this office. Please get a new receptionist! The office is beautiful, very clean and modern and would be a very pleasurable experience otherwise.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their office was absolutely beautiful, new and clean.The entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
