Dr. Hansen made sure every single question I had was answered, and he is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is not friendly at all. They do not acknowledge you when you arrive if they are typing or chatting with other staff. Very rarely do I see a smile from anyone but the doctor himself. I feel like I am bothering them. The only reason I continue to go there is because the doctor is wonderful.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their office staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I felt as if I was the doctor just thought I was crazy. I have to wait 5 days for a blood draw. I guess I will be treated when the results are in:(

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
