I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
