They really get it here! Customer service Was great. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Dr. Pregenzer is an excellent doctor with superb bedside manners. He is very thorough with his explanations and spends as much time with each patient as required to meet their needs and make them comfortable. This means he is typically late for appointments but if you anticipate this and appreciate the individual attention he gives his patients, it's acceptable.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
