They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
