Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
