They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. he did not give me he proper medication, nor notes,
i had to be hospitalized 3 times since, he sexually harrassed, and made t he move
on me in his office, i was driven to suicide more since his care.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I went to a couple of psychiatrists before that didn't remember me or my circumstances no matter how many times I went there, but not here. They always remember everything about me and my situation so I don't have to re-explain everything. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I usually look forward to flipping through the magazines while I'm in the waiting room, but not here. They have almost no selection and it made my wait feel even longer. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They left me in their waiting room for hours a few times. I can't believe they can get away with making their clients wait that long. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. he didnt give me the proper medication,
nor did he give my proper doctor notes to recover, my sickness got worse i had
to be hospitalized 3 times since, i had also attempted suicide. he harrassed me,
and wasted my time then laughed also at me making more ill. i wanted to sue
but have no proof. he was very irresponsible to me and my illness, he used me
as a patient, and robbed me of any progress.
