The office was easy enough to find. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
Have been seeing Dr Lanez for several years. She is an excellent doctor who correctly diagnosed my condition and has treated it successfully.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency?
Somewhat, they eventually called me back
Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice?
Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
