The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
