They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Staff calls sometimes to provide results of tests and leaves voice mails for call back. Call back, leave a message and you don't get a return call.

Dr.s sometimes distance themselves from patients and has nurses call and they can't provide full answers at times.

Has an older lady that does some kind of grunt work. She is nasty. Others are very nice.

Dr.s do answer questions and have a pretty high degree of knowledge based upon what I know.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
