Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
