I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
