I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
