I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
