Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

The doctors are very nice here. However, the nurses (actually I believe they are medical assistants) are HORRENDOUS!! They weighed my daughter incorrectly TWICE. Then the medical assistant proceeded to tell the doctor that my daughter lost weight. I then took her home and weighed her myself. She had gained 4 whole pounds since her last visit! The medical assistant also inquired as to if my baby was walking. I said not quite, so she asked if she's trying. I told her that she's trying very hard and she writes in the notes that she isn't trying at all. She was also making what seemed like accusations in regard to my child not walking. She is just going on 11 months. I feel like she was pushing an issue that didn't need to be pushed. Overall, the assitants/nurses are not very good with children and they don't seem very qualified. Her doctor is wonderful, but he needs to do something about his staff.
