They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Great doc - very thorough exams. Opticians are very nice, especially with kids. Front desk help are not welcoming.

I have been seeing Dr. Michael Kresloff for over ten years. The office is busy, but efficient and staff are friendly. Dr. K. provides excellent, abundant information and goes the extra mile to help me achieve excellent vision. Most impressive was my experience when I had symptoms of a detached retina -- they saw me immediately and everyone in the office worked together to get me to the best retinologist so I could have surgery the next morning.
