I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've been looking for a great ophthalmologist and I think I finally found it. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
