As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the ophthalmologist.
