I was referred to this doctor twice both times with a prescription for a test . Both times Dr. Lowe out right refused to perform the test recommended by my Doctor. Dr. Lowe talked down to me when I insisted on having the test done made me feel stupid then refused to see me at all. Then I went to another urologist and had the test performed it came back positive and I am now being treated for my condition. Bottom line doctor Lowe is pompous arrogant, and wreckless. If this had been something more serious it could have been life threatening. Avoid him if you value your health.

All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in-detail, and they took the time to really listen to me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've already been telling my friends and family how great Paul Low, MD is. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
