They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They wereir job well for quite a while. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. This doctor has cared for my husband, my two sons, and me. Each time he diagnosed an issue that other physicians seemed to have missed, and quickly performed a procedure to alleviate the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Kim for any ENT issue..
