. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. She did not spend time with me I have been going to her for about 5 yars and she never addresses my main concerns, she assumes she know my life. She is judgemental and never asks question. I get frustrated with her she is always in a hurry and spends not time on my concerns

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.
