They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The chairs in the waiting room weren’t really anything to rave about, they were pretty average and slightly uncomfortable.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
