Very poor service especially from the office staff who are downright mosey wanting to know specifics of your condition over the phone. A regular consult is a regular consult it none of the receptionist's business what I need to see the doctor for specifically and I do not see what difference it's going to make to the timing since you invariably have to wait 30 minutes at least to be seen.
Icing on the cake for me was a refusal to issue a repeat prescription without seeing Dr Berkowitz first, Ok except I couldn't get an appointment for over 6 weeks. They still refused to refill the prescription - what has there been a cure for Eczema suddenly that nobody told me about ? No there hasn't, so refusing to refill medication I've been using for years is just ridiculous. Neither the receptionist nor the office manager would allow me to speak to Dr Berkowitz either. There's plenty of other dermatologists out there and I'm quite sure that they are all better than Dr Berkowitz, I'll certainly be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do to if you want a doctor who actually gives a damn about your welfare.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
