They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
