This was probably the worst appointment I've ever had anywhere. I was so disappointed. I sent in my paperwork ahead of time like they asked, and when I arrived, they had lost it. I had to refill out the paper work. The receptionist was fairly rude. They didn't run or check my insurance, which I had then been charged for out of pocket after they had let me know they accepted it. Then When I had moles check that had grown, gotten darker, were itchy and bleeding, the doctor told me to keep an eye on them... which I had and they changed, and that's why I was there. When I told her all of this, she complained about cutting them off, I had to pay for that out of pocket. Then I had to pay for lab fees out of pocket... my only hope was that they would come back abnormal. If you want a doctor that works with you, understands you and your discomfort, this is not it. If you want a doctor that is just looking to get money out of you and is fairly rude about it... then this is the place for you.

I saw Dr. Newmark about a C-section scar. Not sure what he used but it was invisible very quickly. This was years ago and now, although we don't live in Binghamton any longer, I am going to try to get my son , now almost an adult, in to see him about acne. It will be a pain to arrange but I am sure worth it. He is really that good!
The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
