Dr. Newmark's office is superior in quality. They talked to me on the phone and answered my questions. I was able to get in to see him soon after I called. I've not had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I needed it. I appreciate that very much. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They go out of their way to make everyone feel respected and cared for. I've seen some client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've seen few who are more respected by their staff. The staff appeared happy to be working there, and it made me comfortable with my visit. Not only is Dr. Newmark respected by his staff, but he is very respectful of his patients as well, as are his staff. I liked that a lot. One thing I noticed about their office was that it smelled pleasant and fresh. They pay close attention to sanitation and patient comfort.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
