It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Dr. Anderson answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I easily made an appointment and was seen on time (no waiting) - very rare in NYC. I was given the proper prescription and would definitely recommend this doctor.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
