Dr. Jacobs is simply the best dermatologist in New York City. He catches cancer earlier than anyone I have ever heard of, including my own early melanoma, and is one of the kindest gentlest doctors you will ever meet. He is a rare doctor. He expanded his cosmetic dermatology and he is the only one i would trust with my face.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
