They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I've been going to Dr. Roth for several years despite the fact he is not on my medical plan. He is thorough, kind, courteous, will take his time treating his patient - you do not feel you are being rushed or are just a number. I have a 100% comfort level when he is treating me and have never had an issue. I would not consider going to any other dermotologist. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their skincare products which they sell.
