The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

The office was easy enough to find. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
