They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

She's really great about taking her time with me, and she doesn't mind answering my questions. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

I really felt welcomed here. The doctor and staff were friendly and accommodating. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
