I have found this provider to be competent in caring for its patients. I have never had a problem. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but it is worth it for the proper diagnosis of a medical problem. I wouldn't hesitate to go there if I can't see my primary care doctor.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. They usually run on schedule and if there is an issue that would cause you to wait they always explain. Dr. Balsamo is always welcoming and takes time to explaiin things.
