I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
