Dr. DiGiovanna sets the GOLD standard for physicans. He actually listens, takes notes, and is very knowledgeable in his field. It is obvious that he has been exceeding clients' expectations for many years, I had to get on his waiting list for 2 years before being admitted as a client.
Frankly, Dr. Di and his staff should write a book on customer service in the heath care industry. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their patients. If I was a billionare, I would still have Dr. DiGiovanna as my doctor.
