Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. I also feel that the staff is uneducated, unprofesional and rude. My phone calls seemed to be an annoyance.
