I have been a patient of Dr. Elmaleh's for close to 20 years. She has seen me through menopause and beyond, enabling me to maintain my health and well-being using only natural remedies. Not to be minimized is the comfort and support of a truly caring health care professional. Prior to visiting Dr Elmaleh I had suffered from sinus infections almost weekly. I had been tested for allergies and immune deficiencies and who knows what else. Nobody could figure out what the problem was, but Dr Elmaleh's methods have been able to let me go from 15-20 sinus infections per year to 2. She's really invested in her patients and will think through problems, come up with solutions no matter what, and follow-up to make sure they're working for you.

I am the single parent of twin boys, now aged almost 8, who are healthy, happy and confident. Not so easy to achieve in the complicated world in which we live. One of the mainstays I have grown to rely on are my quarterly appointments with Dr. Elmaleh, who not only has been hugely instrumental in helping us navigate some very specific issues related to my boys' health, but has also helped us sustain and maintain their overall general health in a way that continues to evolve with their growth and development. My first experience with Dr. Elmaleh was over 4 years ago, when one of my boy's breathing difficulty filled me with concern and my appointments with my pediatrician as well as various medical specialists were unable to provide any day to day solutions, other than to tell me that he most probably would outgrow what seemed to be large adnoids and that he didn't quite qualify for sleep apnea. Nonetheless the many nights that I stayed awake monitoring his snorts and gasps and wondering if he was going to stop breathing lead me to seek out a different kind of help. Being an attorney as well as psychoanalyst myself, it was important to find someone who not only understood the issue but who had the right credentials. Dr. Elmaleh has all of that and more--she not only diagnosed, treated and I think cured one son's breathing issues, she has done similar feats for my other son's stomach and mild anxiety issues as well. And all with warmth, compassion and the utmost professionalism. I am a huge admirer and supporter of Dr. Elmaleh and hope to keep her as a presence in my boys' life for a very long time.

Dr. Elmaleh was recommended to me from a friend to treat Anxiety and horrible PMS. From day 1 when I met her, Dr. Elmaleh was very thorough with her questions and getting to the root of my issues. The remedies prescribed have worked amazingly well. It's one year later and my symptoms are all gone. Additionally, the office is clean, the staff is friendly and Dr. Elmaleh is extremely patient and very focused on each individual client. Dr. Elmaleh is one of a kind and is a true find. I highly recommend her.

I met Dr. Elmaleh 10 years ago when I brought my 4 year old to see her for chronic eczema. Under her care, he successfully beat the 80% chance he had been given of developing asthma and was essentially weaned from topical steroids. Over the years she has treated both of my children and me for a wide range of symptoms, including allergies, chronic ear infections, strep throat, bone fracture, GERD, anxiety and insomnia, to name only a few. She has a rare ability to combine her deep knowledge of homeopathy with an impressively solid background in more traditional western family medicine. Her interpretations of lab results and medical reports are thorough and thoughtful, consistently more so than those of other doctors. To this she adds great empathy for her patients and perseverance in solving even the most perplexing conditions. I can not recommend her more highly.

Dr. Elmaleh is simply a brilliant practitioner. I have seen her for over 20 years. Her diagnostic skills are unfailing. She has seen me through complex conditions, unsolved by traditional medicine, and actually saved my life once when confronted with virulent pneumonia. She uses a combination of traditional medical knowledge, wide-ranging contacts and expertise in traditional fields, as well as her genius with homeopathic and natural remedies. I recommend her with no hesitation at all.

I've been going to Dr. Elmaleh for nearly 15 years and am the healthier for it. I went to her initially because of recurring sinusitis and bronchitis, and she prescribed homeopathic remedies that have slowly and steadily improved my health so that I feel better and now rarely need antibiotics. She is a very active practitioner, asking lots of questions in order to get an overall assessment of your physical and psychological condition and then prescribing homeopathics accordingly. I recommend her highly.

Since finding the Fantastic Dr. E, my whole medical mindset has shifted from the reactionary need to treat illness at the onset of symptoms to a pro-active approach wherein my daily maintenance prevents a chronic situation from ever occurring.

About 25 years ago, I experienced migraine headaches that debilitated me. My primary physician and the neurologist he recommended were not helpful in resolving the condition.

After further investigation, I decided to try homeopathy and Dr. Elmaleh was recommended. My first meeting with her lasted an hour. Her questions went from the general to the specific as she determined the cause of my headaches. Over the next few months taking the remedies that she prescribed, my headaches ceased and I’ve not suffered from then since then.

Over the years, Dr. Elmaleh successfully treated me for menopause, depression and lung issues. She’s always thorough and attentive; a very good listener. And she’s kind and supportive. She looks for the best solutions for me and will even recommend another practitioner for a specific problem if she thinks it’s necessary. I have every confidence in her treatment and highly recommend her as a knowledgeable and effective health care practitioner.
