Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They told me a little bit about my treatment's but wished they would have explained a little bit more
