I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Dr Feltner was almost an hour late when she came in the office finally I told her nicely I know your busy but I waited almost an hour she proceeded to yell at me and tell me "do You think I sit around eating bomb bombs all day you should know better then to ask me that , if you have a problem with waiting 45 your free to go to another doctor and wait an 3 hours for them. I was shaking when I left the office.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I had blood tests done and was told I would be contacted the following day with some results. I am suffering with diahrea and can't hold even water. No one contacted me I called and no one returned may call. Now I am calling after hours for help and I am being told if I don't hear back from a doctor in 45min. to call back again. I am a chef on vacation, I realize I could dehydrate at this point. I am in disbelief that this is happening!!!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled fine in there and looked immaculate. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
