Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

It wasn't that bad, but It also didn't smell too fresh

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
