They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
