They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
