They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
