It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their office was quiet and professional. I was able to relax very easily. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Rosman was caring and obviously an expert in my particular issue.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

The staff here is utterly condescending. The woman answering the phone made some sort of "Uck" sound while talking to me which I could almost tell (if we weren't separated by the phone line) was probably accompanied by an eye roll. I was being very polite though, talking in a nice voice etc (I work in a customer service job so I try to be polite as possible when talking to others who work in customer service) yet she still felt the need to give me an attitude. The wait in this office is ridiculous, schedule an appointment for any time and expect to be seen an hour later. There seem to book multiple people for this one doctor at the same time. This doctor is condescending too. I could delve into more detail, but that might get sticky.
