The office was easy enough to find. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Waited long, Staff not friendly.Erin not so nice!

ERIN, the staff, is rude, overconfident, sarcastic & uncaring to patients. They recharge you for copay that is CASH only even though you tell them that you paid it at the time of service. Their receipt's offc stamp fades in a month so make sure you foto copy it as proof & do not loose it! I also heard another patient, while I was waiting for 20 minutes, arguing that she does not have a copay. They threatened to BILL them for the copay but the patient, to avoid more harassment, paid the $20. She promised to report them & left! Dr. BenMoha is a good doctor but Erin the staff is arrogant. I moved on to a new lady doctor in the same area without a word to them and not even asking for my record copies. Another pathetic thing, Dr. BenMoha is now only there for 2 days: Tues & Thurs. Awful if you get sick any other days. They are also HORRIBLE in NOT calling you for xray results, blood tests and such whether it was negative or you have tumor, mass or what! YOU have to call and then wait forever for a return call. Most of the time, BenMoha has ERIN or another temp receptionist "reading" your results not the doctor herself. I cancelled 2 previous appointments 24 hrs before the date/time. I was charged for a copay because ERIN insisted I did not cancel. Waiting time is long in the reception and more minutes in the room. Really??????!!!!

I was a patient for 10 years, paid my copays every time. One time I paid my copay in advance, but when I got to the appt, the office manager Erin refused to take my word for it and insisted I pay again - and they only take cash. Dr. Ben Moha refused to get involved. I left her, took my entire family from her practice. They treat their patients like cash machines and have no respect for the patients. Go elsewhere!

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

The office staff is very bad. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
