I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan for 20 yrs or more and he is always helpful, always available to help me, and has caught a thing or two my "specialist" missed. The office is clean, the staff pleasant and helpful (a bit chatty, but so am I) and the doctor always listens to me. The appts dont always run on time, but its not hour long waits, and I've never been to any doctor on time and gone in on time.

...and even a rude staff. Who ever heard of not taking a patient's BP when they have history of high BP or even a heart rate? Asked him for another Dr when we moved and told us to go to the new area's hospital and ask the nurses in the ER (????)for one. Staff openly discussing inappropriate subjects in front of patients waiting to be seen. For a Dr. who has such good credentials, he has little to no bedside manner and does not seem to oversee the procedures that should be taking place in his practice and his staff is highly unprofessional.
