By far the worst Doctor's Office I have ever been to. I politely called to ask for a copy of my medical records. I have been sick for over a year. They said the only way they would do this is i they charge me $,75 a page!!!!! Then they said they would fax my records to me. I faxed them written consent with my photo I.D and signature. Hours later NOTHING. I call back and they say the doctor refuses to do that. "Pay the price and pick up the records if you want." Now I'm going to my new doctor with no records tomorrow since the office is closed.


Dr. Jeffrey is unprofessional, un-passionate and just goes through the motions. I have been sick for over a year with no improvement. He hasn't called me once. He should be ashamed.


They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
