They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listen to every question or concern I may have. The doctor himself calls to report and discuss even benign lab findings. I have spent too much time in the waiting room. They take pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

The best Doctor and nicest human being you have ever met. Dr. Scheer will go out of his way to make sure his patients get the very best treatment. Concerned, informed, diligent and sweet. Expensive yes, but you get what you pay for with this entire practice.
