I had a problem with Dr. Santos. It's thism so called special interest, She gives referral and if you refuse, she'll find excuses like, "They don't take my prescription for a mammogram, use this place instead. Even when I was in her office, her secretary reiterated that I must go the Radiology place in Queens. As long as the patient specifies when she wants to have her imaging or other treatment done, the physician needs to respect that choice. The physician needs to respect the patient's expressed preference.

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
